Untitled, helmed by Gramercy Tavern’s chef Michael Anthony, is a sleek, modern eatery with towering floor-to-ceiling windows and pendant lighting housed in the lobby of the Whitney Museum of American Art. This casual bistro serves seasonal, New American fare like fried fish lettuce wraps, braised lamb and merguez with roasted eggplant or grilled Arctic char topped with trout roe and shiso. The bar pours global wines, craft beers and house cocktails like the Study in Green (vodka, lime, basil, green Chartreuse).
