Housed in St. Helena’s Freemark Abbey Winery, Two Birds/One Stone is a yakitori restaurant inspired by California produce, opened in summer 2016 by acclaimed chefs Sang Yoon (Father's Office, Lukshon in LA) and Douglas Keane (the closed but legendary Cyrus in Sonoma). Dishes include the likes of foie gras parfait with cherry blossom gelée and popped sorghum, Korean-barbecued Wagyu short rib or pork belly and kimchee fried rice. The bar pours international craft beers, Japanese whiskies and sake, California wines, and creative takes on classic cocktails like a five-spice Mai Tai.
