Intimate, elegant bistro, Townsend, is a gem in hip East Passyunk serving modern French cuisine from chef Townsend Wentz. Dishes are dictated by the seasons and may include the likes of rabbit pot au feu with root vegetables and creme fraiche, sauteed sweetbreads with grilled tongue and green peppercorn jus or beef tartare with an Idiazabal cheese tartine.
