Overview

Inside a charming green Wallingford cottage, Tilth's sunny yellow space is immediately inviting and soothing. James Beard-awarded chef/owner Maria Hines focuses on seasonal and organic Northwest ingredients in tasting menus and a la carte options, like popular mini duck burgers served with duck fat fried fingerling chips. Tilth was the second restaurant in the U.S. to receive organic certification as a restaurant, pairing dishes with Northwest and Old World wines, as well as a range of organic, biodynamic or sustainable wines.
