Overview

Since opening its doors in 1998, The Mercury has been an elegant Dallas restaurant showcasing James Beard-nominated chef Chris Ward’s New American cuisine in dishes like kalamata olive bread salad, miso black cod, braised lamb shank or duck confit. The lengthy wine list features numerous French, Italian and Californian vintages as well as a smattering of Spanish and New Zealand labels. The elegant interior includes dark woods, black leather banquettes and large-scale photography gracing the walls.
