The Keystone opened in the Mosser Hotel in 2015 in the bustling heart of downtown SF near Union Square. Chef Banks White brings elements from his Southern roots mixed with SF's international and heavily Asian influence in inspired dishes like Thai-style chicken wings, soy calamansi-glazed ribs, or chicken and duck liver mousse with buttermilk biscuits, pecan praline and a "gin" (botanicals) & juice grape conserve. Local craft beers and wines flow alongside house cocktails like the Rum & Gun Curry, subtly laced with rum, lemon, pineapple gomme syrup, vadouvan curry and birds eye chili.
