Overview

The Inn at Little Washington is a dining institution garnering no less than five James Beard awards and numerous accolades since its 1978 inauguration in Washington, Virginia. Helmed by chef/owner Patrick O’Connell, this venerable restaurant/inn showcases exceptional service and creative New American fare in changing dishes like chilled Wagyu beef tongue with pickled root vegetables, prosciutto-wrapped veal loin or sweet-and-sour pan-seared scallops with shishito peppers. Either in the lounge or restaurant, celebrated house cocktails and wines are also a draw.
