Tempura Matsui offers a twelve-course tempura kaiseki menu in Midtown East, like the elevated tempura tasting menus common in Japan. The intimate, modern space showcases tempura dishes like fried shrimp heads, lotus root and oyster mushrooms alongside sashimi and rice courses. Drink offerings include global wines, Japanese beers, a deep sake menu and cocktails featuring the likes of shochu, Japanese whisky and vodka.
