Modern Mediterranean

As a sister restaurant to Bastille and Poquitos, Stoneburner is a spacious, bustling hot spot on the ground floor of the Hotel Ballard, named after chef Jason Stoneburner, who serves gourmet Italian in the form of large plates of meatballs with aged provolone or blistered thin crust pizza topped with Calabrian sausage. Signature cocktails from noted bar manager Erik Carlson are as much of a draw at a bar of reclaimed wood (head to the back into Bastille, a seductive, romantic cafe and cocktail bar, for classic cocktails and live jazz).
