From the Commander’s restaurant group, SoBou serves elevated Creole cuisine in the W Hotel in the French Quarter, like ever-popular sweet potato beignets (foie gras fondue, duck debris, chicory coffee ganache) and a foie gras burger (sunnyside-up egg with duck bacon on a brioche bun). The bar has been named one of the US' top 50 bars by Food + Wine magazine with a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list, expertly-made classic cocktails and beers on draft at some of the tables. The dining room is bathed in a warm glow from shelves of backlit glass bottles.
