James Beard award-winning chef Alon Shaya showcases vivid flavors and modern Israeli cuisine at his namesake restaurant Shaya, part of the John Besh restaurant group. Blue and white décor sets a cool tone in the sleek, modern space where meals start with wood-fired pita bread dipped in curried fried cauliflower hummus or ikra (paddlefish caviar spread), and move on to slow-cooked lamb with whipped feta and stone fruit tabbouleh.
