Overview

With whole animal butchery and sustainable seafood, Salt's Cure is a Hollywood hotspot for natural wines and California-raised and grown ingredients. With a large patio, the sunny space sports rustic, light woods and whites, accented by splashes of red in an industrial but warm space. Alongside house charcuterie and their long popular pork chops, expect seasonal American fare like a modern day Waldorf salad, “hot smoked" cedar plank salmon in red pepper butter or beef filet accented with bacon lardons and celery root puree. Drink offerings include a few California craft beers on draft and house cocktails like Black Magic Woman (mezcal, coffee, pineapple, lime, molé).
