Rose. Rabbit. Lie in The Cosmopolitan has breathed new life into the supper club concept where the lines are blurred between live entertainment, restaurant and bar. Refreshing cocktails like a whiskey smash (rye, lemon, mint, seasonal fruit) are served alongside creative interpretations of American classics like caviar tacos or short rib stroganoff. The incandescent lights fade in the ivory-colored room showering diners in a purple and fuchsia glow as the show begins.
