Housed in a historic brick warehouse in Old Town Alexandria is Restaurant Eve, a New American restaurant emphasizing seasonal ingredients in a la carte dishes and tasting menus. Dish highlights include the likes of crisp veal sweetbreads atop roasted carrots and cremini mushrooms, butter-poached Maine lobster with Swiss chard and morels,or Spanish saffron bread soup teeming with prawns. The bar pours an array of international wines, beers, house cocktails and classics like the Old Fashioned, Sidecar or gin with housemade tonic.
