Oriole showcases elegant New American cuisine in an intimate, 28-seat interior in the West Loop. Michelin-starred chef and co-owner Noah Sandoval creates 15-course tasting menus with changing dishes like Alaskan king crab topped with cara cara oranges, seared Japanese A5 Wagyu beef with charred little gems, bearnaise and black garlic, or capellini pasta tossed with yeast butter, black truffle and rye berries. Compliment each tasting menu with beer, sake or wine pairings.
