Tucked away in the bustling kitchen of one of San Francisco's busiest restaurants, the Chef's Table at One Market offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Over approximately three hours, the chefs serve (and hand-deliver) a seven-course tasting menu, full of local New American fare such as lightly smoked ocean trout with with pancetta vinaigrette and egg yolk. Guests dining at the Chef's Table are invited on a tour of the restaurant and to try their luck in the kitchen to help assemble one of the courses of their meal.
Dinners on Monday-Thursday are $89 per person. Dinners on Friday-Saturday are $99 per person. Beverage, tax and gratuity are not included.
