Overview

Emeril Lagasse's NOLA Restaurant is a vibrant, three-storied French Quarter restaurant with an open-air kitchen and wood-fired oven commandeering the lively space. Guests dine on dishes that combine Southern, Acadian and Creole cooking in dishes like ever popular Miss Hay’s Stuffed Chicken Wings, Emeril’s famous barbecued shrimp or a grilled pork chop with brown sugar glazed sweet potatoes. The bar pours New Orleans-inspired cocktails, including local classics like a Sazerac or Vieux Carre.
