Metier is housed in a historic brick building showcasing chef Eric Ziebold’s creative, French-inspired, seven-course tasting menu served in an intimate setting. Champagne and hors d’oeuvres are served before guests enter a private dining room to dine on dishes like poached halibut with sea urchin butter atop coconut rice, roasted lamb ribeye with goat cheese and sweet pepper ribbons or Japanese Kuroge beef in spring olive tapenade and smoked beef butter. Wine selections hail mostly from France and California alongside spirits and cocktails.
