Since 1999, Lumière has showcased French cuisine with an emphasis on local ingredients in Newtown. Seasonal dishes include roasted corn soup, slow-braised lamb with curried potatoes and tzatziki or pan-roasted Arctic char in coconut-lemongrass vinaigrette - or splurge for a six-course, chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings.
