Le Virtù emphasizes local, seasonal ingredients in dishes inspired by Italy’s Abruzzo region, like handkerchief pasta tossed with sausage, porcini and black truffle, roasted rabbit with olives and pine nuts or spicy seafood stew marked by heirloom peppers.
