Overview

In the heart of the French Quarter, Kingfish serves modern Southern fare in an inviting, two-room space with a large bar, brick walls and aqua-topped stools. Diners fill up on chicken fried alligator with grillade gravy or BBQ shrimp and waffles. Legendary barman Chris McMillian ensures perfected versions of New Orleans cocktail classics, like an Absinthe Suissesse (Legendre Herbsaint, orgeat, cream, egg white).
