Beer Menu

Beer

  • 2SP Citrus Rhine'd, Aston, PA Style: Pale Ale. Collaboration with Industrial Arts. Classic German malts meet up with a relatively new hop varietal that gives this beer an extra juicy citrus character. 6% ABV
  • AleSmith Anvil, San Diego, CA Style: Bitter/ESB. Bright copper color, sparkling clarity, and good foam retention when properly served. Appealing Brussels lace. Deep toasty/caramelly malt balanced by spicy/fruity hop flavors accented by fruit esters resulting from fermentation with a championship yeast strain. The aroma is subtle and reflects the flavor with malt, hop and fruit (ester)/fermentation characteristics. Smooth, medium-bodied. Easy drinking with no harsh or astringent sensations. 5.5% ABV
  • Allagash White, Portland, ME Style: Wheat/White/Weizen. Unique and truly refreshing. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and our own special blend of spices, this beer is light and slightly cloudy in appearance, with a spicy aroma. 5.5% ABV
  • Arcadia Starboard, Battle Creek, MI Style: Stout. Starboard Stout is a unique Irish Oat Malt Stout. Deep black in color, with garnet undertones, it has a robust yet well-balanced chocolatey roasted malt character and a creamy mouthfeel. A subtle and complex hop flavor and aroma is provided by Willamette and Cascade. 5.6% ABV
  • Austin Eastciders Original, Austin, TX Style: Cider. Eastciders Original is a blend of American dessert apples and European bittersweets, available in 16oz cans. It's dry and light, fresh and fruity, the perfect cider any time of year. 5% ABV
  • Avery El Gose, Boulder, CO Style: Gose. A timeless, traditional tart gose (goes-uh) with its zesty and salty disposition is brightened by a tangy citrus twist of lime. 4.5% ABV
  • Avery Maharaja, Boulder, CO Style: IPA. This imperial IPA is regal, intense and mighty. With hops and malts as his servants, he rules both with a heavy hand. The Maharaja flaunts his authority over a deranged amount of hops: tangy, vibrant and pungent along with an insane amount of malted barley, fashioning a dark amber hue and exquisite malt essence. 10.3% ABV
  • Bell's Hopslam, Comstock, MI Style: IPA. Starting with 6 different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repetoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style. 10% ABV
  • Captain Lawrence Alt IPA, Elmsford, NY Style: IPA. Not that there's anything wrong with a traditional IPA, we love them, but we thought why not mix it up with our German ale yeast. Brewed with crystal and roasted malts, and dry hopped with our favorite intense American hops – this IPA combines the best of all worlds. 5.9% ABV
  • Captain Lawrence Golden Delicious, Elmsford, NY Style: Belgian Golden/Blonde Ale. There's nothing quite likes Mom's apple pie…But I am willing to bet this beer is pretty darn close. An American Tripel, dry-hoped with Amarillo hops and aged in Apple Brandy barrels from one of this country's oldest distilleries. The tropical aroma of the hops and the delicate apple aroma from the barrels are a perfect match. 10% ABV
  • Deschutes Jubelale, Bend, OR Style: American Strong Ale. A dark, malty celebration ale with layered flavors and beautifully balanced hopping. Jubelale pours deep garnet in color, medium bodied, with notes of chicory, earth, spice and fruit. 6.7% ABV
  • Evolution Southern Pecan Pie, Salisbury, MD Style: Brown Ale. Imperial brown ale is brewed with maple syrup, brown sugar and roasted pecans. 10% ABV
  • Free Will Ralphius, Perkasie, PA Style: Stout. This ale is one of the biggest imperial stouts you will find. Intense roast character is complimented by a chocolate aroma and notes of molasses, burnt sugar, and dried cherry on the palate. Vanilla, nutty, and tanic overtones from the top shelf bourbon barrels round out the complex flavor profile of this full bodied beer. The warming alcohol and intensity of this beer makes it a perfect pairing with beef stews, dry aged steak, and dark chocolate. 14.1% ABV
  • Goose Island Matilda, Chicago, Ill Style: Belgian Dark Ale. Matilda is made with a rare yeast that suggests a fruity and spicy flavor. There is complex maltiness balanced with a profuse amount of hops. 7% ABV
  • Great Divide Colette, Denver, CO Style: Saison/Farmhouse Ale. Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, Saison is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats - a beer as refreshing as it is complex. 7.3% ABV
  • Hardywood Gingerbread Stout, Richmond, VA Style: Stout. Brewed with baby ginger and wildflower honey, Hardywood Gingerbread Stout captures the terroir of central Virginia in a rich, creamy libation with a velvety mouthfeel and an intriguing evolution of flavors from milk chocolate and vanilla to honeycomb and cinnamon to a snap of ginger in the finish. Deep, dark chocolate in color with a mahogany tint and a frothy, caramel colored head, Hardywood Gingerbread Stout offers aromatics of holiday spice originating from the ginger, and balanced with a generous dose of whole Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans and Vietnamese cinnamon. 9% ABV
  • Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale, Lexington, KY Style: American Strong Ale. Our Kentucky Ale is aged for up to six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky's finest distilleries. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. 8.2% ABV

  • New Belgium Lasher, Fort Collins, CO Style: Wheat/White/Weizen

  • Two Roads No Limits, Stratford, CT Style: Wheat/White/Weizen. Brewmaster Phil Markowski has taken a "bahn" less traveled to create our version of the classic Bavarian wheat brew –perfect for the warming temperatures. Beautifully cloudy with a generous head of foam, a wonderful fruit aroma and a dry finish, our Hefeweizen is a refreshing version of the original; with just a little bit more of everything. 5% ABV
  • Two Roads Unorthodox RIS, Stratford, CT Style: Stout. Two Roads own brewing czar, Phil Markowski, has taken a traditional Russian Imperial Stout and added a touch of "Amerika" to create a version that's sure to please! This most unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout is brewed with malted rye and aggressively hopped with four different Pacific Northwest varieties to create a depth of character that's unmistakable. Full-bodied with notes of rye, treacle, chocolate and espresso that join together to create a crescendo of flavor. 9.2% ABV
  • Victory Prima Pils, Downingtown, PA Style: Pilsener/Pale Lager. Heaps of hops give this pale lager a bracing, herbal bite over layers of soft and smooth malt flavor. This refreshing combination of tastes makes Prima a classy quencher in the tradition of the great Pilseners of Europe. Dry and delightful, this is an elegant beer
  • Weyerbacher Easton Brown & Down, Easton, PA Style: Brown Ale. Easton Brown & Down is a 5.6% ABV Brown Ale. Brewed with deep-roasted chocolate malt, this brew has a warm, roasty flavor that balances out with a slightly dry finish
