Gemma, a Lower Greenville gem, boasts a lively open-kitchen and seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes. Napa Valley veterans and husband-and-wife team Allison Yoder and Stephen Rogers turn out dishes like baked oysters with leeks, guanciale, jalapeño and gruyere or grilled veal chops with semolina polenta and lollipop kale.
