Since 1905, Galatoire’s has been a New Orleans' legend for Cajun/Creole dining and famed Friday lunch and Sunday brunch. Founder Jean Galatoire’s French upbringing is showcased in recipes and traditions that have remained virtually unchanged since the restaurant opened. Green wallpaper and mirrored walls create a sense of historic, warm sophistication at this jacket-required institution where regulars are served by the same waiter each visit.
