Fond showcases refined New American fare in an intimate Passyunk Square space. Chef tasting menus are available alongside a la carte dishes like crispy pork belly with Dijon jus, poached branzino with red potatoes and olives or grilled duck hearts accented with tahini and black sesame. The bar is BYOB on certains weeknights but its regular service features craft beers, global wines and house cocktails like the Lemon Sprig (vodka, Limoncello, lemon, thyme).
