Since opening in 2013, Fairsted Kitchen has been a Brookline gem serving New American fare in a Victorian-inspired space (with patio), using vintage cocktail glasses, antique flatware and reclaimed finds from Boston-area homes. Changing dishes include smoked short ribs, lamb meatballs atop portobello confit or pig head lettuce wraps. The intimate, lively bar pours a strong local craft beer list, international wines and house cocktails like the No Sleep Till Brookline (bourbon, amaro, lemon, bitters).
