From the Bastianich, Batali and Silverton team comes Chi Spacca, an Italian tour de force meat mecca: think housemade salumi and popular tomahawk pork chops and steaks. This rustic, refined meat temple has been celebrated in local and national press for its new Italian focus away from pasta and sauce, instead leaning heavily on the meaty chops of chef Chad Colby in what Food & Wine Magazine has dubbed a "meat speakeasy."
