An homage to the spirited life lived by New Orleans native, Adelaide Brennan, Café Adelaide presents modern Creole cuisine in the Central Business District’s Loews Hotel. From the owners of Commander’s Palace, Adelaide's eclectic, colorful dining rooms are the setting for dishes like shrimp and tasso “corndogs” or pepper jelly Brussels sprouts. The accompanying Swizzle Stick Bar is popular for classic New Orleans' cocktails and the signature Adelaide Swizzle (Rougaroux Full Moon Dark Rum, Peychaud’s bitters, lime, soda.)
