Since 1996, Byblos has served classic Lebanese cuisine with traditional mezze-style dishes like hummus and baba ghanoush, fattoush or tabouli salads, and mains like grape leaves, kibbee and charbroiled lamb kabobs. Drink offerings include Arak selections and house cocktails like the Byblos Jallad (incense-smoked date syrup, rum, mint, lime).
