Overview

Bondir - an intimate and cozy brick-walled restaurant in Cambridge’s Area 4 neighborhood - showcases New England cuisine in a daily-changing menu highlighting local and seasonal ingredients. Chef-owner (and James Beard semifinalist) Jason Bond offers a multi-course menu of farm-to-table fare, with many dishes coming out of the wood-burning hearth, like roasted hake with criminis and dashi broth, meaty carrots tossed with buckwheat, wheatgrass and horseradish, or rabbit ragu with wilted chard. Drink offerings include craft beers and an Old World-centric wine list.
