Belcampo, with LA and Bay Area locations, is equal parts butcher shop, restaurant and bar with its meat sourced from their Mount Shasta farm. Guests choose dishes off the meaty, California cuisine-inspired menu like steak frites with tallow fries, goat tartare or a coconut milk-braised short rib sandwich, while taking home cuts of meat from the full-service butcher shop next to the restaurant. An eclectic wine list includes a “species and wine pairing key,” while the bar creates inspired, creative cocktails — and house sodas and phosphates — like a Morning Glory Fizz with Scotch, absinthe and a Belcampo Farms egg white.
