Top Chef-alum Tom Colicchio's team showcases farm-to-table fare at Beachcraft, nestled in the 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach. The seafood-centric restaurant serves dishes like black grouper with braised olive confit, lamb chops with harissa yogurt and eggplant caponata or bucatini topped with sea urchin and blue crab. Drink offerings include craft beers, global wines and draft cocktails as well as cocktails like the Spring Back (silver rum, lime, apple-cider hibiscus syrup and a green Chartreuse rinse). The elegant interior imparts a coastal vibe with natural woods and a garden patio.
