Aatxe (part of Ne Timeas Restaurant Group) marries traditional Basque dishes with California ingenuity in the Cafe Du Nord/Swedish American Music Hall building. A bustling dinner crowd gathers over family-style tapas like clam escebeche verde and roasted octopus pipirrani and other seasonal fare prepared by chef Ryan Pollnow. An exclusive Spanish wine list dominates, as well a robust sherry selection, and a Bon Vivants-created cocktail menu showcasing sherry, gin and other Spanish favorites alongside large-format libations to serve multiple guests.
