Join Poggio for a festive celebration of the Bay Area’s spectacular local seafood offerings and a showcase of the restaurant’s seasonally-driven, market-fresh Italian trattoria cuisine. Executive Chef Benjamin Balesteri has crafted a special six-course prix-fixe tasting menu featuring seafood from Water2Table, available exclusively for this event. Siena Imports founder, and connoisseur of fine Italian wines, Romano Chietti has hand-selected six exceptional wine pairings to accompany each dish.

Limited seats will be available for this memorable dining experience, at which guests will have the chance to meet and be led through the tasting by Water2Table founder Joe Conte, Siena Imports founder Romano Chietti, and Poggio’s executive chef Benjamin Balesteri.

SF Halibut Crudo, trout roe, fennel confit, pickled ramps, watercress, fried shallots (Satrico 2014 Casale del Giglio - Chardonnay/Sauvignon/Trebbiano)

Mendocino Sea Urchin, house cured Lardo, Brokaw avocados, crostini (Cinqueterre - Bosco/Albarola/Vermentino)

Fried SF Anchovies, little gems, Castelveltrano olives, green goddess, radish, fines herbs (Ala Blanca – Vermentino/Sardo)
